Claims to be made by calling 1800-200-7710 toll free number
Necessary information like location, policy number, estimated loss/details to be provided
Claims Representative will contact customer and take things forward
Claim reference number to be given for future reference
Post claim approval, text message to be sent with details of surveyor
Vehicle inspection by company appointed surveyor
Post assessment and approval, claim status will be provided
