Claim Process for BAJAJ ALLIANZ Car Insurance (Step wise)
Step Description
1: Register claim by phoning in 18002095858
or write to customersupport@bajajallianz.co.in
2: Survey will be arranged upon receipt of claim; Original Registration Certificate and Driving licence to be submitted to the company for verification
3: Duly filled in &signed claim form to be submitted to the Repairer/Surveyor
4: FIR to be filed in the same location where the third party injury/death/property damage has occurred.
5: Cashless facility provided if required documents are produced the satisfaction. For reimbursement claims, original cash bill or invoice with cash receipt is required
6: Vehicle delivery

Bajaj Allianz Car Insurance – FAQs
1.How to reduce the insurance premium?
The insurance premium can be reduced with the help of No-Claim Bonus where there have been no claims made in the previous policy year. Upto 50% No Claim Bonus available in Bajaj Allianz plans.

2.Is it advisable to make small claims?
It is advisable to not make claims less than INR 2,000, since the NCB for the next year would be INR 2,251 which is greater than the amount. It is better to take a quote of the repairs needed for the damage and then compare it with the No-Claims Bonus that the policy holder would receive next year, if the claim is not made.

3.Are electrical and non-electrical fittings covered?
Electrical / Electronic fittings in the vehicle such as fog lights fog lights, music system, AC (if not as a standard fitment), spoilers with brake light (4% of the value of the accessory)

Non-electrical fittings - such as mag wheels, seat cover, non-electrical spoiler etc. are covered as per own damage tariff on the value of such accessories

CNG Kit and Bi-Fuel system (as endorsed in the RC book) - Insured at an additional premium of appropriate loading on the value of such kit

4.Are tyres and tubes covered?
Any damage to tyres and tubes are not covered unless the vehicle is damaged at the same time. The amount receivable by policy holder is capped at 50% of the cost of replacement.

5.What is Insurance Declared Value?
It is the price of the vehicle after adjusting requisite depreciation against the manufacturers list price.
